You will be asked to confirm details of the loss for which you are submitting a claim - please have your policy number handy. We will ask you to submit certain documentation to support your claim. It is important that you submit all documentation requested, as we will be unable to adequately adjudicate your claim until received.
Upon completing the online claim form application, you will be sent an automated message confirming a copy of what you told us as well as a list of documents required (if applicable).
A second Acknowledgement email will follow confirming your claim, list of documents required, and who will be your designated team. They will ensure your information gets to the appropriate adjusters to start handling your claim.

RENTAL CAR AGENCIES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO SUBMIT CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF POLICYHOLDERS. POLICYHOLDERS MUST SUBMIT THEIR OWN CLAIMS FOR ANY LOSS THAT HAS OCCURRED. THE COMPANY WILL THEN COORDINATE CLAIMS PAYMENT WITH THE POLICYHOLDER OR THE RENTAL AGENCY AS DIRECTED BY THE POLICYHOLDER.
